Silver is the colour of the moon, it is linked to our feminine and emotional sphere. Silver instills armony. It’s a colour who helps our internal purification.
SPECIFICATIONS:
Chardonnay with various clonal selections and, depending on the year, Pinot noir. Stay on the natural yeasts in bottle for a minimum of 18 months.

BOTTLE:
Bright light golden colour with a vivid mousse. Rather complex and layered nose, vinous with (perhaps oak) roasted hazelnut, yellow fruit, apricot, fresh butter and brioche, rather white burgundy like on the nose. The palate is well-built with a bright freshness and layers of ripe stone fruit underlined by pastry notes and fresh butter with a long and lingering finish. Nice.
